Same thing happen to me. I am in China and I saw some English character and then it forbid me.... LOL, it the other way around, I am getting the same error too. So clear you browser cookies, open CMD and type: ipcongif /flushdns , then restart you computer and restart your modem by unplugging it and plugging it back on. This worked for me.
