Yeah, same problem here, eBay plays dumb to it like they have never heard of it if you try to contact them about it. I have to disconnect from the internet, clear all history, reconnect and go back to eBay before it will work and even then its 50/50 chance of working, often have to restart computer altogether. so sick of it !
