Our e-mail service was down a lot of yesterday--we had a note saying that engineers were working on it. But, we cannot get any e-mail service today.

I waited a total of 2 hours this morning trying to connect with a helper representative  but after awhile the phone would be disconnected. We have everything

Comcast--computer, e-mail, t.v. and telephone.
