cart wont load, cannot check out

problem occuring since morning of 11/5/13. The cart won't load and when it does (after taking several moments) I can't log in to check out. Now several items say out of stock. The customer service line isn't helpful either. I keep getting an error message saying that the link I have requested is not available due to high volume. Irritating.
