I managed to  complete a purchase on a video game, the completed the order, sent confirmation email and email that it was ready for pickup at the store until Nov 20 th. Email at 1 am on the 8th states order was cancelled for not picking up within their window to do so. Never got any email price was wrong. Customer service was pitiful. "Supervisors" hung up multiple times on us after telling a different version of the story each time. All but one was snide and rude on their end, while we were calm and polite but firm. Latest "supervisor" says they were hacked, which makes me worry about my banking information.
