Can't Do anything on Citi Card Site

I Have tried multiple browsers over multiple days and am able to log in, but unable to view my statement and/or make an online payment.
nevermind - it just worked when i logged on again to take screenshots - still getting a notvie about down time dated sveral days ago though - see attached
