can't make a payment

I've been trying for the last 24 hours to make a payment on my Walmart credit card but I can't get in. I put in my ID and my password and the next screen tells me that his account can't be accessed online. I've been paying my bill this way for years!
When are they going to fix this? What's happening over there??
