Can't checkout and redirects to homepage

I've been trying to complete my checkout at Walmart.com. When I select Paypal as my main payment method, nothing happens. When I click on "Select card", a page comes up saying there ware technical difficulties and redirects me to the homepage. Have tried switching browsers but to no avail.
Now debating on whether or not to take my business to Amazon or Best Buy like I did last year when Walmart.com was having checkout problems.....
