Videos won't load

In the past 24 hours, videos have ceased to load on our Apple TV, and are very spotty on our home computer. A generic message appears: "A network problem has occurred. Please try your selection later." All other media sites (YouTube, Vimeo, Hulu) work great, no problems at all. Seems to be isolated to Netflix.
