Online Banking Issue

It seems to be an issue with the authorization or connection to the webserver or also may be an issue with the connectivity between the web service and the secure backend database service.

Either case, the portal is inactive at sign on. The welcome page seems to be fine.

Phone Apps working fine ONLY for credit accounts.

Must be fixed ASAP.
