Wii and Macbook Access to netflix sites Down

All Access to Netlflix Sites are DOWN. ISP say's they can't control that, but when 4G Access makes a difference then I KNOW there's an Issue. Macbook Pro, WII, Galaxy SIII, Kindle Fire 2, Xbox 360, PS3 All down in Access?
