Can't Get Online or Telephone service

My BofA credit card was declined tonight - there's no reason that should have happened.  Can't access my account online (says there isn't one).  Telephone service says their system is being updated and they can't answer any questions because they can't access the system.  There's nothing on the website that says it's down for maintenance.  Looks more like a BofA system problem that they aren't admitting to.  Not the first tine I've had bad service with BofA.  Closed my checking/savings account and now it's time to close my credit card.
