Online site doesn't work

First I couldn't add any items to my cart. I kept getting a 413 Request Entity Too Large error. Then I couldn't checkout my added items. Again, I got the 413 Request Entity Too Large and a "sorry the requested page doesn't exist" or some foolishness like that error. Next, I couldn't place my order--I hit "place order" twice, but neither of them processed. Instead, I received that "sorry the requested page doesn't exist" error. Lastly, if this site starts running better, I do not want to see two of the same order. Also, Walmart should know that I have been trying to place an order for hours!
