For 3rd day in a row, checkout does not work/impossible to pay

For the 3rd day in a row, no matter which way I try to pay, it does not work. Either it is impossible to click on the desired payment method, or I continually hit a "roadblock" and receive the following message: "We're sorry for the inconvenience. This page may be missing or may have been retired".
