Not happy I couldnt use my phone all afternoon when I have to have it for work. I went 1 over on my data and you charged me 10.00. So my phone was off for hours what are you going do for me. i have 6 kids and their spouses with AT&T and 22 grand kids with phones where all thinking bout Verizon.
