Browser timing out

I set up a timer and after 2 minutes my browser came up with an error message that it is unable to connect to Walmart.
I check other sites with no problem. (Kmart site took less than 3 seconds) I been trying to order a product and take advanage of free shipping to the Walmart store.
This morning is the third day now and now I went with with Kmart even though I have to drive a few miles farther.
