Plays for 3 minutes then try's loading and stays at 25%

Movie plays for no more then 5 minutes, then it starts to load the movie more and gets stuck at 25% every time. And after that it says " we're having problems playing this title right now. Please try again later or select a different title". It's been doing this for a few days now and should b fixed
