can not log into account

Most of the log in attempts fail: when logging in, after password screen with the site key, it attempts to log in for a few seconds, then the logout box pops up for less than 1 second and the page is reset to the log in screen with 'sign-off successful, thank you'
Intermittently, a computer is able to log in but if you miss the 'are you still here' dialog box, you are logged out of the session and the above scenario happens on the next attempt to log in.
We have tried logging in on 4 different computers and 2 iphones. We have tried numerous urls including: bofa.com, bankofamerica.com, https://secure.bankofamerica.com, https://www.bankofamerica.com
We have deleted ALL cache, cookies and history on all computer stations. We have ran the dns flush command. We have tried Firefox, Explorer and Chrome.
