Accessing Netflix message constantly comes up

For the past six weeks, we have had miserable access to Netflix. We might be able to watch 3-4 minutes of a video, then it shuts downs. 10-15 minutes later, we can watch another 3-4 minutes, then it shuts down again. This cycle repeats itself all evening. We can never get a full video watched. What should we do? We used to have excellent connectivity. There are no other internet problems at the house.
