I have the same issue but with my Wii. It stays on the Netflix Red page and just won't do nothing past that point. I got an "error" message asking me to Try again or Close. I tried again, nothing. I deleted the channel and the data, I reinstalled...I rebooted my modem....nothing. I am out of ideas on how to fix it. I even unplugged the Wii, reset....
NOT happy.
