An old idm.net user,  have had years of good service from attglobal.net - but since 5 Sept 13 have lost my 30-odd daily inbox emails.

 Worse, there seems to be no way to phone or email supervisors, managers or directors about the continuing silence. 

I need those 600-odd emails.  Any idea or hint of help would be very welcome.
