Associates are telling me that emails to me are being rejected as "mailbox full". Trying to access my account to clear my mailbox but am told that this service is not available.......so I'm stuck with no email service from AT&Tglobal. This is now 5 days. I ASSUME they're not going to charge me for their service this month??? Customer service just says be patient!..They don't have an estimated time of system being up again. Is this a major take down that they don't want to speak about??
