My account somehow suspended during their current upgrade. As of 10am EST today, I've been told the upgrade is still in process and they can't even reactivate it while the servers are down. Completion estimated before EOB today. Not sure a move to gmail is the answer, since that has gone done extended in the past (although a year or two ago). AT&T was once as big as Google in this arena, so there is no reason to assume Google can't decline like AT&T has. I have no desire to update 100s of service contacts from attglobal to gmail and then have to do it again later. There has got to be a better answer. How about portability of email addresses just like phone numbers?
