Jake, I completely agree. The only service that I have found to be worse is Office365. The university where I work is migrating from an in house Exchange server to having our email hosted on Office365. What a debacle! Office365 does not appear to fully IMAP compliant, and the damn thing goes down regularly. Two months after the s!*t hit the fan, they sent a team to address our grievances. At one point, I had five MS engineers in my cubicle looking over my shoulder as I demonstrated the problems I was having. NOT ONE OF THEM HAD EVER TESTED THEIR PLATFORM USING THUNDERBIRD!
Back on topic, I am shifting all of my personal email to GMail, unless you can recommend something better. I am definitely open to suggestions.
