I have forwarded all my incoming email to a second email account I maintain (NOT ATT!) and have stopped sending outbound or forwarded emails thru the ATT system. Internet reports of ATT tech problems in the past two years are eye-opening and troublesome for a company which used to represent good customer value and ethics. If the members of the board thought they could save money by outsourcing, I think they may now be regretting their decision. The recently released survey list of the worst in customer service has ATT at the top. The fact that most telecommunications services are no longer supervised by the state or federal public utilities and telecom commissions may be one reason why they seem to be getting away with all this. And we suffer. I feel like I am living back in a third world country! Time to go back to the USPS and buy stamps!
