Down for several hours. No phone numbers work. Host pilot sign in not working. Chat support not working. They do not exist it appears. There have been more outages of late, more than usual, though this is the longest. This is East Coast exchange server. I will be expecting a sizeable discount on next months bill...the outages have been far more than is reasonably acceptable, and are detrimental to any customer relying on Intermedia for business communications.
