Cannot login to wal-mart.com

Everytime I try to login for the past week or so, after entering email address and password, clicking the sign in button does nothing. I can not order my refills online! I can not check availability of items I wish to purchase at my local wal-mart as it detects the ping of my ip address and gives my location as 120 miles away. Attempts to change it fail as the drop down box when you click on "see more stores" does nothing
