weather.com Gold login problems

When I sign into weather.com Gold and hit enter it tells me that I have to sign in and when I click 'sign in' to go back to the sign in page it stays on the same page telling me that I have to sign in again.
I'M PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE, PEOPLE, WHAT SEEMS TO BE THE PROBLEM?
I've tried logging out and re-logging in and end up back at this page where I am just stuck.
I've tried changing my password and logging in with a new password to no avail.
SINCE I PAY MONTHLY FOR THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, WHY CAN'T THIS SITE WORK RELIABLY?
