Cannot log in

on 8/16/13 I entered my online ID and saw the screen for my password and it quickly vanished. I tried it a few time and could not log in. On 8/17/13 the same thing is still happening. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? INEED TO HAVE ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT.
