Cannot get to email either via Chrome browser (on my iPad), or via Xfinity app. I deleted the app completely and downloaded it again; it now says it can't find my email (though I can log on successfully, so it knows who I am). I exited and logged on again, just to be sure - same error message. Internet connectivity is fine (as evidenced by my posting this message using Chrome, from my iPad).
