It says to go to your network adapter settings and "uncheck" IV6. I did it, and, as I said, it's working. Did get scads of old email messages, though, but I can deal with that. Very curious situation, and extremely aggravating. Hooray for users; Comcast sucks. (Wonder if unchecking IV6 will cause other problems, hmmm.) Good luck!
