attglobal e-mail servers access is sporadic

For about 48 hrs have been unable to access download mail servers - there are 4 IDs associated with the account - sometimes one or more work, sometimes none, sometimes all. This happens both through POP3 with Outlook and Webmail with direct access through the Attglobal site.
