attglobal e-mail servers access is sporadic

For about 48 hrs have been unable to access download mail servers - there are 4 IDs associated with the account - sometimes one or more work, sometimes none, sometimes all. This happens both through POP3 with Outlook and Webmail with direct access through the Attglobal site.

and it's still the same a week later (16th August). This is truly disgraceful

It has been over 11 days and the ATTGLOBAL.NET e-mail only allows receive but not send. Your AT&T Status page shows its still down with no outlook when it will be back up. WHAT GIVES ?????
