can't check out

When you try to go into your cart to check out you can't. Sent several messages to walmart.com and was given a generic default type message such as it must be java script, cookies and to check with my internet service provider. Anyway, I informed them that these are not the issue; it is there site as I have tried various computers and different web browsers. Then I'm told to contact customer service to check out because walmart.com is not aware of any issues. Well, tried this too. My call to customer service led to the following response....they are sorry; they will not be able to assist me as they will receive the same message with the checkout process. They went on to inform me that this has been an issue for 2 weeks. My contact with walmart.com was last week (week of 7/29/13). So this means they are now going into their 3rd week of shoppers being unable to checkout. Wow, how is this possible. A revenue stream such as walmart.com being down for even an hour should have caused alarm for someone within the company. At least, one would think. Does Corporate know???? All I can say is at this point ....I better find my items and purchase somewhere else because it looks like there site isn't going to be working anytime soon.
