netflix cannot connect,

I have been trying for 2 days to continue watching "orange new Black" on my Kindle Fire. (netflix not connected try later) Have similar problem when I try to resume watching same on my apple computer. Keeps stalling and asking me to load (silver.......) I have done that and it still stays on that message does not connect to let resume watching.
