login issues - keeps spinning - xbox 360

Have Netflix on many devices and 2 accounts. On one Xbox neither account will load, all that happens is it sits on the red Netflix screen and spins. On another Xbox the one account logs in with no issues. Didn't try the second account on the second Xbox. Strange tho an account works on one but not the other
