It is apparent that Comcast is having major issues with their e-mail/webmail servers. The interface has been increasingly unstable. Clearly, these things happen. However, I think Comcast should do a better job of communicating with their customers. It would be nice to know the nature and extent of the issues and when Comcast will have them resolved.
