Can't get my mail via iPhone or my PC's Outlook

Only when I literally log into myATT and open my mail does it come through. Password is the same in all three locations. Why is this happening. I have had this sbcglobal.net address for years.
The mail at myATT is weird too, opened one mail message it was empty but when I look in Outlook (when I finally get in) I can see the body of the email.
