Can't get my mail via iPhone or my PC's Outlook

Only when I literally log into myATT and open my mail does it come through. Password is the same in all three locations. Why is this happening. I have had this sbcglobal.net address for years. The mail at myATT is weird too, opened one mail message it was empty but when I look in Outlook (when I finally get in) I can see the body of the email.

Same problems. Going on over two weeks. Password works on minute and not the next. Can sometimes get in on Internet and some times through Outlook. ATT is becoming more and more unreliable, thinking about moving to Comcast.
