Same, Same, Same... spent an hour on the phone last week with support. Have tried 3 computers,3 browsers, hot spot, everything suggested in the help forum. My vacation ends Monday-- if no improvement --everything I have Comcast will be removed from my life-- this has been happening on and off for 3 months-- I have a feeling there is some kind of update just not compatible with my situation-- I wish Comcast would be honest and not just send me on a wild goose chase having me try this and that. Changing services will be a pain but I give up.
