Just tried again and thought it was working but apparently not. It's "almost" working but not good enough. Will try tomorrow and then will have to call and ask to pay it over the phone and for them to waive the fee since it's not my fault I can't pay it Online. I will raise a real stink if they don't! I used to work at their call center and know if you asked for a waiver and have a good reason, then they have to waive it.
