Citibank w Firefox - Server error on login since May 23, 2013

I have been having consistent problems login in, as described in title, since 5-23. Talked to Citi; they blame Firefox. Works OK on Chrome and IE. Have done all the suggested solutions: clear cookies, safe mode, clear cache, update Java, on lates FF version (21). Any fixes or suggestions from the community, other than switching browsers?
