Photo site not allowing upload

I've tried multiple times, at different times, today to upload photos. When I go to seek the place from where I want to upload (computer or camera), site freezes, and says Internet not responding. I can perform other tasks within the photo site, like transferring photos between albums, but I cannot upload without problems.
