Can't proceed to checkout

I have an account on Walmart.com and can't proceed to checkout after my cart is full. Happened on June 9 at 4:45 PM. Please don't tell me to go to store as I'm disabled and don't drive. I prefer to order online but your site is not run well as there are many complaints about this.
