Netflix is down - not giving me what I paid for

Netflix brings up an internet page which acknowledges theit site can not be reached but puts a button to press to go to their site but it does nothing, absolutely nothing!!! By the way with this type of reporting errors, I am going to cancel my subscription since I am on a month month trial with Amazon Prime and this was the straw that broke your back.
