Netflix still down

I've been trying to access Netflix since yesterday and I'm angry that it is down considering I just paid my monthly dues. It worked fine yesterday until last night around 7pm then it wouldn't play on either of my DVD players or laptop. I wish they would make a news announcement to let the customers know what's going on.
