Can't access after new ToS prompt

Logged onto Netflix from my PS3. Was forced to scroll through a huge terms of service agreement, then at the end of it, when I clicked on "agree", nothing would happen. I agreed to the ToS from my laptop, then returned to Netflix on PS3. When the normal/children's screen selection came up, I tried to click through to the normal service, but again, was unable to click through.
