Cart and order problems

There is a problem adding items to your cart. You add them and then go to the cart and it says it's empty. I've been placing orders and they go through then I get an email saying there's an error with my payment, although I called and they said that it was happening to other people. Walmart needs to fix this problem! It's very frustrating having to place orders over and over again, who do we have to talk to in order to get heard, they need to fix their site problems!!!
