Can't log in

I haven't been able to log in since about 5 pm on the 24th. I always get a message saying "Sorry, we're having technical difficulties right now. Try again later". I went to other websites that try to help, did what they said, and I still can't get on. I can't even sign in from the app. I tried entering a made up e-mail and password and the message says something like "Incorrect email/password". I don't know if my profile even still exists, because I was getting so many messages and that all gets sent to my email, but there's nothing there. I also tried making a new profile and it let's me get as far as entering the security code and then says "Something went wrong". Anyone have any idea what could be going on?
