I have noticed the same thing with my GoDaddy hosted accounts. In fact today, they have been down for multiple hours. Each hours that the site my site has been down I have lost $1000's of dollars in orders so I'm very upset, as they are sales I can never recoup, and no matter how many GoDaddy "free months of hosting" they offer me, they have completely lost a good customer.
